What you should know before you start

Monixbet is an online casino that operates under a licence from Curaçao (OLG/2024/1673/0915). These are our terms and conditions. By using our website and creating an account, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Monixbet. This is a legal requirement in the Netherlands and everywhere in the world where we operate. All visitors under the age of 18 are not admitted to the services.

How playing at Monixbet works

You create an account, verify your identity, deposit money and play. When you deposit money, you understand that this money goes to Monixbet. You play against our systems. Winnings are added to your balance and can be withdrawn. Losses are yours.

We use certified random number generators. This means that all games work fairly – the outcomes are not predictable and not manipulable. This is a requirement of our licence and is verified regularly by independent auditors.

What you may not do

You may not use your account to:

• Commit fraud or deceive us
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Launder money or finance illegal activities
• Instruct others to play for you
• Give minors access to your account

If we discover that you are breaking these rules, we can close your account and withhold funds. We cooperate with authorities when legally required.

About your money

The money you deposit is held in a separate bank account. It is not our money – it is yours. If Monixbet goes bankrupt, you have legal protection because the funds are separated. This is standard in the gambling industry and required by regulators.

We pay out winnings according to your verification status. Fully verified accounts are normally paid out within three business days. Non-verified accounts are not paid out until you have confirmed your identity.

We reserve the right to carry out extra fraud checks on large payouts (above certain amounts). This may take a few extra business days.

Our licence and what it means

Monixbet has a Curaçao licence, not a Dutch licence. This means that we do not fall under Dutch gambling authorities. Curaçao is a recognised gambling jurisdiction, but offers less consumer protection than Dutch licences.

You do not have the same rights as you would have with a Dutch-licensed operator. The Curaçao regulator is less strict than the KSA (the Dutch gambling authority). This is something you should understand before you play.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms at any time. We will notify you via email or this page. If you do not agree with the changes, you can close your account. Continuing to play means that you accept the new terms.
